It is quite the challenge to construction a down ladder $1 FRN set. Mel did it with notes in amazing condition, with three STAR ladders to boot!!! The 98765432 serial number hasn't been printed on a $1 FRN since the 1985 series and hence is exceedingly rare. This nine note set includes: $1 1985 H98765432D PMG 64 EPQ, $1 2003 K87654321E PMG 66 EPQ, $1 1963A J07654321A PMG 66 EPQ, $1 1969 J00654321A PMG 66 EPQ, $1 1963 J00054321* PMG 65 EPQ, $1 1963A J00004321* PMG 65 EPQ, $1 1963 J00000321* PMG 66 EPQ, $1 2003A L00000021B PMG 66 EPQ and $1 2003 L00000001L PCGS 67 PPQ. Not many small size serial #1s exist in 67 EPQ holders. A fantastic set that will be treasured for years to come.
