What is especially impressive about the Wilmore collection of fancy serial numbered notes is the overall condition. Over 98% of the notes in Mel's collection are Choice Uncirculated or better. While this may not seem all that unusual, it truly is. Remember that seven zero serial numbers were always the bottom note in a pack or brick of notes. The chances for damage on these rare notes was very high. Only one of Mel's "ten million" serial numbers grades lower than Choice Uncirculated.
