The last of the two Legal Tender Specimens is truly a stunning piece. As most of you know the BEP never used block H-G on anything but Specimens, making this a very unique piece. As with all of Mel's specimens, this note was printed on both sides, with the word "SPECIMEN" printed front and back in red ink.
