Here is a truly exceptional rarity from this Palo Alto County bank. A beautiful Second Charter Date Back $10 that is the only 1882 Date Back known. It's fresh and beautiful but not UNC as some records indicate. Well centered, bright and with wonderful pen signatures and three pinholes. There has only been one ever offered and that was by me in 1995.
