A lovely $5 Demand Note with great color, body and even circulation. The pen signatures are beautiful and there are several minor restored splits. This is a beauty and is listed as an XF in Track & Price, with only four other notes listed higher. Many of these early Demand Notes are brittle or have flaws but this example has a great appearance along with excellent signatures. A PMG 35 realized $16,450 in January.
