By far the rarest district for the $20 FRBNs. Just six notes are known with the R.R. Gilbert signature, with this note being the second finest. The note was offered in the 2013 FUN Platinum session, where it brought $15,275 with spirited bidding. We sold the highest grade note known in 1992, and it has not resurfaced since then. PMG has 'Net' graded the note due to what they call 'Minor Surface Abrasion', which although true, is certainly minor. The note is still bright and faces up well.
