This star Kansas City note is so beautiful I really thought it was a '67' but '66 EPQ' is PMG's call. This is quite a rarity with only seven stars reported in any grade. There is a '65 EPQ' that recently sold at $9,987 five years after it brought $8,050 in our March 2012 sale. What a rarity and the finest known as well.
