This is one of the nicest notes I have seen from this charter. It has excellent stamped signatures although they were stamped low. The note was part of the Howard Herz Collection that was sold by Heritage in 1995 where this note realized a whooping $770, while an AU brought $21,150 last year. Only one Blue Seal sounds better and another sounds similar. The top margin is slightly into the design
