This is an excellent opportunity to acquire the rare variety that has only eight serial numbers reported. I am a bit surprised that this note didn't grade VF 20 based on others I've seen but that just means I like its look. It's well centered with good color and solid red seal. Five of the eight grade higher. During the "Perfect Storm" in 2008 a PMG VF 25 realized $25,300, and it was back in 2003 when the opportunity before that occurred to acquire this note.
