Previously unreported $20 Brown Back Territorial from Roff and a town that had its First National Bank chartered in 1900. They issued only 920 sheets of notes from the Indian Territory. After the Territorial period more state notes were printed and later a second bank was chartered. This is a very nice, fresh VF note with a bold black pen signature of the vice president. The cashier's signature is there but light.
