This is the ultra rare Gold Certificate error that is missing the third printing with the seal and serial number. The price label on the back of this note says $13,800; whether this is the client's cost I am not sure. The issue of this series was because of the Gold Reserve Act of 1933, where ownership required the surrender of all gold notes. There were 66,204,000 printed. This is a high grade $20 with great color and paper quality.
