During the early days of Colorado, even before it became a Territory, the Kountze brothers were preparing to make their mark in Colorado banking and the settling of the soon-to-be state. This note is very attractive with slight circulation and a few small closed tears on the edges. This is one of six Lazy Deuces known. It's quite lovely with paper quality and body. The note last appeared six years ago at $46,000. PCGS notes: small edge repairs.
