There are a number of these high grade Third Charter notes known on this large only bank, including two full sheets and an uncut pair or two. This is a note with great condition, from a Western state, and sporting a cute town name. That creates a combination to which it is hard to say no. A few of the 20 known examples have suffered ill fated attempts at improvement, only to see the wonderful blue pen signatures run and smear. This example is 100% original with all the brightness and bold colors one would expect. We sold a very nearly identical note in the 2013 Memphis sale for $3,450, and it had faded signatures.
