This is a great fold over error on a $5 Legal. When it is unfolded we are surprised to see a red rejection mark and the name of the inspector. Yet the note still escaped the BEP. I can't see that happening very often today. Folded prior to the third printing. Not placed in a third-party holder so you can fully enjoy the error. However, with a single center fold and a tip fold, an AU 50 PPQ/EPQ or above would be in order.
