The type of note that elicits considerable envy from other collectors and dealers alike. From the Rocky Mountain Collection. ---- Holyoke was named for the town in Massachusetts which was named for nearby Mount Holyoke, which in turn honored Connecticut Valley pioneer Elizur Holyoke.
