Grade: PCGS Very Ch. New 64 PPQ
This is an extraordinary error to be found on a $100 FRN. The third printing has been overprinted upside down and it creates a dramatic effect, therefore causing an important reason to acquire it. I would doubt there is more than one sheet offered and few so nice.
