This note is one of only eleven serial numbers reported for the "b" variety from Chicago. While graded VF-30 by PCGS it is also noted as Apparent due to damage and multiple repairs. There are multiple tears and pieces replaced. Earlier CGA called this a "40" while I'm sure they mentioned damage, although the census doesn't. I would love to restore this properly, just to see it finished.
