A beautiful Philadelphia Red Seal graded Ch. UNC 64 EPQ. This is one of about a dozen uncirculated examples known of the 100 or so notes reported. The last note with the same grade was offered in the Flynn Collection, during the "Perfect "Storm", where it realized $8,625. This note was last offered as a Gem by us in 1991.
