Here is a very rare error where the printing of the officer's signatures are completely screwed up. My guess is that the signatures were applied or printed with the machines that were sold to cut sheets and print signatures. This is a very interesting mistake and the first time I've seen it on a $100. PMG notes: previously mounted.
