The $10 Silver Certificates are really tough in high quality UNC and this is a beauty that has a pedigree back to Lot 698 of the Donlon sale on May 22, 1971. A lovely, fresh and original UNC 64 that was the Donlon-Krause-Lembke plate note. This signature combination has just not been around as Track & Price shows only 4 graded UNC of the 25 or so that could possibly be. This jewel is one of two graded '64', the other was serial #A8 which brought $18,000 five years ago. Previously Donlon Lot 698.
