Grade: PMG VF 25 Net
This is the scarcest of all the Educational series and it's an evenly circulated note. There are 472 serial numbers recorded and most are lower grades. PMG call this VF 25 Net (stain lightened) but it is so minor I cannot be certain what they are referring to, yet I can kind of guess. That means it looks pretty darn good.
