This is an ultra high quality example of this large brown seal 1890 $1 Stanton with low serial #A114. The note also has a courtesy autograph of John Burke above the signature of Rosecrans in the center part of the field. This signature is very light. I assume there are no others autographed as such as he was in office after D.N. Morgan. My client acquired this around 1973 as I recall.
