Grade: PCGS VF 35
This is a wonderful black back $20 Silver Certificate that last appeared in a Hollenbeck-Kagin sale in September 1972. Excellent paper quality and amazing margins on this example. There are 146 serial numbers reported but only three are graded VF 35. While I might go for a '40' or 'PPQ', only the 'PPQ' seems sensible to me as the paper looks excellent.
