This beauty last appeared in a 1992 CAA sale in January 1992, Lot 1501 and graded Gem UNC. This is a rare signature combination in UNC, and there are only 74 serial numbers reported in all grades. The highest grade in Track & Price includes this note but none are slabbed, yet there are three slabbed '64'. Last year two notes brought $14,100 and $16,450; the 'PPQ' note brought more.
