We have handled many unique bank and town notes; perhaps not that many but likely more than anyone else. I cannot recall another represented by an 1882 $20 Date Back. Attractive, pleasing original surfaces seem to indicate a choice note, equal to many in VF 20 or even VF 25. Track & Price shows two notes but lists this note as an 1875, clearly incorrect. We find it rewarding placing treasures with collectors prior to intense demand when prices go up.
