A scarce district with 16 serial numbers reported for this "b" variety. An example of this variety was part of the "Perfect Storm" in 2008 where the Tom Flynn note, sold by Heritage, realized an amazing $32,300. First, this note isn't as nice but when we sold a similar grade note (PCGS 25) in 2009 it brought $5,175, after the market, let's say, had shoveled out.
