Track & Price shows 11 known notes but one is way out of the serial range so this new discovery does not affect the census number overall. Only three or four of the other 10 are better than this key small size star. Some grades are hard to understand and this is one of them: the best I would grade this, through the holder, would be VF 20 or possibly a Fine 15. A '40 PPQ' brought $19,975 in April 2015. These only show up every few years.
