Only three notes reported in Track & Price in any grade make this an ultra rarity. It is easily conceivable that its value should be far higher as a non-error. Since the error involves extra paper, a collector could theoretically trim this and make it a non-error. However I think I'd keep it as it is. A dramatic and unusual note.
