If you love Nationals, this conservatively graded jewel will amaze you. Only eight notes reported with only one other Red Seal among them, and this is the first offering of either. No offerings of any color since 2009. This beauty has excellent pen signatures of M.H. Honaker, President and W.E. Williams, Cashier. Maybe this guy relates to Honaker, Virginia?
