This note was printed with an inverted '8' in the upper right charter number. This error may be subtle in nature but it's a crystal clear mistake. The charter #4989 on the right has one inverted '8' in the charter as it has been placed upside down! A lovely example of this charter number. A $20 sold for $4,370 in 2007. This note ha purple stamped signatures and nice paper quality except the upper right quarter has some light stains.
