This is an extremely scarce Friedberg number that has only 24 total notes in the Track & Price census. This rarity is a result of the very low production of just 316,000 notes. Among the reported specimens, the only notes graded higher are four CU examples, one AU and one XF. This piece is very nearly XF as it has just three vertical folds and one corner fold. Two folds show some light soiling on the back, which is probably why PMG did not give the note an 'EPQ', because the note is untouched by any processing. I'm sure the AU and better notes would be prohibitively expensive if they ever came up for sale again, so this high-end VF will save you thousands yet still provide a very pleasing example for your set. In 2008, the Flynn example in XF brought $32,200.
