This note has a poor cut but it's a significant piece of national bank history. Due to a bond adjustment of $50,000, 500 sheets (3,000 notes) of Type 2 $10s were sent to this bank along with 1,000 $20s on July 10, 1935. The serial numbers were #A010261 to A013260. This was the last group of national bank circulation ever issued in the United States. Our census can account for eight notes from that last shipment, including this one. Don't miss this opportunity to hold history in your hand. Signers were O.G. Kear and C.F. Hagemann.
