This is the Elliott-Burke and Dyer-Passmore signature combination. There are only three star serial numbers recorded. This note is the best by far, even as a '53 PPQ'. I can see the tiny closed split and it's barely visible. This is the best note with a Fine 12 and VF, repaired also known. PCGS notes: small edge restoration at top center.
