Stars of early Legal Tenders are very scarce. In fact, there are only nine star serial numbers reported. There may be four in a better grade than this, but the best listed in Track & Price is a '20'. A good restoration would make the appearance much better. PCGS notes: repairs, rust stains, edge splits.
