A spectacular new discovery that is truly an outlier. We find no offering on this note higher than XF. This is the only uncirculated example certified and is one of the rarest 1914 $10 Blue Seals in any grade, barring stars. Fully original and fresh, I am at a loss as to why PMG withheld the EPQ designation. It is arguable that this is one of the very greatest, or the greatest San Francisco Blue Seal or 1914 Blue Seal $10s.
