This has long been one of the scarcest and most sought after Illinois locations. The census indicates 22 small notes reported but this is new to that total. I sold an unc in the Kleinschmidt collection for $6342. A very strong price as notes like this seem to always bring $1,500 and they are only offered every couple of years. Super charter #.
