While small size notes on this town are found aplenty, large size pieces avail themselves reluctantly. The Second National was one of two banks in town that survived into the small size era. Cashier John M. Blakely came on in 1915 and Lester F. Thurber assumed the mantle of command in 1920. We sold a Fine in our 2011 PCDA sale for over $250. This note, with its wide margins and balanced centering, should bring much more.
