Their office was located on the second floor of the brick building that later housed the First National Bank of Whitewater. A resident of Whitewater, August Scoville had been involed in a bnk in Kokomo, Indiana and procured the printing plates from that institution. When the new bank was to be established in Whitewater, the plates were altered and used. PCGS notes spurious issue, splits and repairs, pieces added, design redrawn.
