While this charter has many known with the second title, there are approximately 50 $100 T2's and only two make claim to be 63. Nothing better. The entire population of T2 $100 is under 300 and unc examples are among the rarest of all small size. I sold a 65 T2 $100 for $25k years ago, so others understand the rarity!
