TWO NOTES; MATCHED SERIAL NUMBER #0012173. Each with special authorization overprint on back which I have not seen prior. PMG terms these "Ch. UNC 64 EPQ" and "Gem UNC 66 EPQ"; the 100 Pesos is tied with two others as the best of 13 on the population report. We have not offered the 100 Pesos in over 15 years; that piece was Fine with signs of circulation. Terrific collector pair.
