SPECIMEN stamped twice in red; punch cancelled at signatures areas with serial number of zeroes. Printer's notation at top margin; without signatures. General Arenales, man with sailing ship behind, and Admiral Brown. WBG terms this "UNC 62 staple holes, small area paper residue back". Quite appealing; the first we have offered.
