Separate face and back approval mockup with some design elements pasted in, each on card; serial number of zeroes. Each with official notations. Nothing was ever issued for Mexico from the Banco Centro-Americano. Prototype for the eventual 500 Pesos Banco de Londres y Mexico with pride of lions and Juarez/men walking horses. Official notations indicate that a mistake was made with the underprint at lower center; it initially read "Doscientos (200)" and was corrected to Quinientos; Quin is pasted over the top at that area. A fabulous collector item.
