This piece combines elements of Standard Catalog #S2988 and #S2989; unfortunately, Smith Matravers does not provide any additional helpful information; in fact, perhaps a mistake was made and only one type exists. The note is dated June 1918 and the face is brown and green; the back is orange and green. No examples on the PMG population report. Tiny center hole.
