Proof in blue on card depicting Ababwa with neither serial number nor signatures; also includes postcard of same Ababwa man. A significant percentage of Ababwa were located close to the former Stanleyville in northern Belgian Congo. One researcher indicates the postcard was issued between 1922-23. Signature titles L'Adm.eur Delegue and Le President. Tiny spot upper left. Nothing remotely like this was ever issued for Belgian Congo. The first we have ever offered.
