Much different design for this later issue. Watermarked paper. "Billete de Tesoreria" at upper center; without "convertidos en la deuda nacional" at lower center although example two numbers lower had this notation. Couple small holes; slight foxing. Important companion with the prior Vales and overall strong condition.
