TWO NOTES. Sheet of SPECIMENS stamped twice in red; each punch cancelled at signatures areas, four digit slightly larger serial number of zeroes. Without signatures. Top note with purple stamping "RETURN TO ISSUE ROOM...". Official notations at left center and right center; date relates very early "Oct. 1890". 18xx only in plate. The top note with small hole at bottom left. Excellent comparison piece with prior lot.
