COMMEMORATIVE. The first time the Isle of Man ever issued a 20 Pounds. Triskele, Queen Elizabeth II and island outline/Laxey Wheel ca. 1854. Commemorative text at bottom center states "Issued During Millennium Year 1979". Very limited issue; only 5000 made. PMG terms this "Ch. UNC 64 EPQ".
