Here is a wonderful pack of 100 fresh, original Dallas 1928 FRN number notes featuring the district number in the black seal design; an element that was changed after the 1928 issue. There are 10 packs listed in the Track & Price census and that serves as a guide to value and demand. These packs sell very well but are not rare. Original packs are clearly disappearing.
