A really scarce uncut perforated Fractional pair. Bright and wonderfully margined with deep perforations and complete strip at both top and bottom. These typically sell for many hundreds of dollars the few times they are seen. A type missing from Friedberg, O'Mara, and Newman. This ex: Ford pair sold for roughly $725 a dozen years ago.
