A moderately circulated note that has good centering. There are a number of fold-overs around the edges and many pin holes in the center of the note. Someone stamped a blue ink "S" on the face. There is also a "B" above this letter in red ink. Some ink writing on the back has bled through. These notes seldom appear for sale.
